The inauguration of the Centre on the rules
Agriculture and Food (
For the protection of identity and security) - a body founded by the will of
Department of Cultural Identity of the CNR and the University
of Pisa with the main purpose of reviewing and
comment, for use by public and private, large
legislation
production and consumption of food that has characterized the last decades -
an opportunity to reflect on a theme "classic"
the right food and at the same time
show for what purpose and how the Centre intends
act.
The theme for the two
reference to the safety of food and health food, is divided into multiple
's interest that these expressions
propose to the representatives of the disciplines that meet
the first day. In the comparison between the philosopher, the
historian, sociologist, the physician, economist, biologist,
the jurist may emerge
their viewpoints and different languages.
In the "legal"
of the conference are the subject of analysis: the terms under which the health, while good
individual and social importance, is assumed in the Constitution
and made the subject of a public policy of
food choices, the role
law in balancing interests arising under the food.
During the Round Table are
addressed certain issues on which more is on the debate:
the safety of products "new" and those
"traditional"; the role and structure of the controls as
decisive moment for the affirmation of a policy
law in the agro-food
contradictions between community needs and affirmation of values \u200b\u200band interests
local space for liability claims.
